In the case of refusal, or if the passport is withdrawn before the decision is made, the visa fee can't be refunded.
You will have to pay for IHS insurance (Immigration Health Surcharge) on the official web-site of the Immigration Service after your visa application is completed. It costs 624 pounds GBP per 1 year.

You need to apply for UK Tier5 Temporary Worker - Government Authorised Exchange visa if you come for training, take part in Overseas Government Language Program and government authorised exchange scheme.
This visa is issued for up to 12 months (for up to 24 months in certain cases).
